Roomtale uses the providers below to run the Service. Each provider processes data only for the purpose shown, under our instructions and its own terms. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use advertising or analytics SDKs.

Notes
- Photos are sent to Alibaba Cloud Model Studio only after you accept the in-app third-party AI consent. You can withdraw consent at any time in Account → Third-party AI photo processing.
- We do not send photos to providers in mainland China.
- Hosting, database, and object storage are in the United States. Inference for AI features may use Alibaba Cloud international nodes outside mainland China; the inference endpoint and stored data remain in the United States (Virginia).
- Backup copies follow the retention window in the Privacy Policy (up to 30 days after account deletion).
- If we change a provider or its region, we update this page and the Privacy Policy before the change takes effect.
